Meet the New & Enhanced SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit.
Eligible Singapore companies can access a fresh S$10,000 credit to offset qualifying workforce development costs from 1 December 2026.
Out-of-pocket fees for eligible courses may be offset in full, subject to your eligibility, available credit and the scheme rules.
The credit is deducted upfront through an online wallet, instead of paying first and claiming the money back later.
Each eligible company receives a new S$10,000 under the redesigned scheme. It is per company, not per employee.
The enhanced scheme opens on 1 December 2026. The current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.

Eligibility
Is your company eligible?
Eligibility is based on your company's records from 1 January to 31 December 2025. SWDA notifies eligible companies by email before the launch.
This checklist is indicative only. SWDA confirms eligibility.
In the 2025 qualifying period, your company
- Employed at least three Singapore Citizens or PRs every month, with CPF contributions
- Was not in default of Skills Development Levy payments
- Did not have an inactive ACRA status
How will I know if we qualify?
Look out for SWDA's email to your company's Corppass administrator. It explains how to complete the workforce questionnaire that unlocks the credit. No application is needed.
Frequently asked questions
SFEC (Enhanced) is the redesigned SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit from the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA). From 1 December 2026, eligible companies get a fresh S$10,000 in an online wallet to offset out-of-pocket costs of supported courses and programmes upfront.
Companies that, from 1 January to 31 December 2025, employed at least three Singapore Citizens or PRs every month with CPF contributions, were not in default of Skills Development Levy payments, and did not have an inactive ACRA status.
A fresh S$10,000 per eligible company. The credit is per company, not per employee.
The credit offsets what you would otherwise pay after other subsidies, at the point of payment. In SWDA’s example, a S$20,000 Job Redesign+ project with a 70% grant leaves S$6,000. SFEC offsets up to 90% of that (S$5,400), so the company pays S$600 plus GST.
It depends on the type of programme and your remaining credit. The offset never exceeds your balance, and GST and unsupported items stay payable.
GST is not covered. Consultancy is supported only within a supported programme, such as Job Redesign+ projects using pre-approved consultants. Software bought separately is not covered.
From 1 December 2026. The current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026, and unused balances do not carry over.
Check SWDA’s eligibility email to your Corppass administrator, or the SFEC (Enhanced) page on SWDA’s OurWorkforce website.
